Common questions
What counts as an active project?
A project counts toward your limit once it's activated. Draft projects don't count, and neither do archived projects. If activating a project would push you over your plan limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade or archive an existing project first.
Can I add unlimited team members?
Yes. All plans include unlimited users. You can invite installers, managers, and client representatives without any per-seat charges.
When does billing start?
Billing starts when you create your workspace and choose a plan. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings.
What happens if I need more than 100 active projects?
Enterprise customers with larger project volumes can discuss a custom arrangement. Contact us at support@binchutes.com.
One workspace per subscription — what does that mean?
A workspace represents one company. Your subscription covers everything within that workspace — all projects, all team members, all reports. If you run multiple separate businesses, each would need its own workspace and subscription.
