What gets deleted

• Your account login (email address and password) and sign-in methods
• Your name and profile information
• Your membership of every workspace you belong to
• Any workspace you own where you are the only member — including all of its projects, floor records, photos, shop drawings and access panel sign-offs

Workspaces with other members

A workspace you own that still has other members is not deleted — the business keeps its data. You choose which member takes over as owner before your account is removed. Because the subscription is billed to you, it is cancelled at the same time, and the new owner is asked to set up their own billing. The workspace keeps working normally in the meantime.

Billing

Any active subscription is cancelled immediately as part of deletion. Cancellation is not pro-rated and no refund is issued for the remainder of the current billing period.

What is retained

Work you recorded inside a workspace that continues to exist — floor progress, photos you uploaded, and signed access panel sign-offs — remains part of that workspace's project record, because it belongs to the business rather than to your personal account. Some of those records reference your display name as part of an audit trail.
