Delete Account

What will be deleted

• Your account login credentials (email address and password)
• Your name and profile information
• Your membership record within any workspaces you belong to

What may be retained

If you are the workspace owner, your workspace and its project data (buildings, floor records, photos, signatures) will be retained until the subscription is cancelled, after which the workspace is archived and permanently deleted after 30 days. Other workspace members' data is unaffected by your account deletion.

Some records (such as signed access panel handovers) may reference your display name as part of an audit trail. These references are retained as part of the project record but are not linked to your account after deletion.

How to request deletion

Send an email to admin@binchutes.com with the subject line Delete My Account. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and delete your data.

Timeline

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
