Delete Specific Data

You can delete specific data within your Bin Chutes account — such as photos, project records, or signatures — without closing your account entirely.
What can be deleted
- Photos uploaded to a project
- Floor records and progress entries
- Access panel sign-off records
- Client contact information
- Any other specific data stored in your workspace
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app
Photos and files can be deleted directly within the Bin Chutes app. Navigate to the relevant project, find the photo or file you uploaded, and delete it from there. This is the quickest way to remove specific files without needing to contact us.
Option 2 — Email us
For data that cannot be deleted directly in the app, send an email to admin@binchutes.com with the subject line Delete Specific Data. Please describe the data you want removed and include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it. We will process your request within 30 days.
